Dolly Blockbuster (alter ego) takes a home-office phone job to inhabit a dubious work system from within. The performance has three layers: the phone calls, as linguistic performances for the caller; the online workspace, observed through the company’s video surveillance; and the conceptualized typewritten notes, addressed to the art observer as document.
