performing a home-office phone job to inhabit a dubious work system from within a three layered documentation: the phone calls, as linguistic acts as performance for the caller; the online workspace, observed through the company’s video surveillance (and stored 10 years within the company's record); and the conceptualized typewritten notes (Dolly's personal documentation > "Dolly Documents"), addressed to the observer of this performance.
